Many Organisations who provide training in the field of Leadership and Management Development offer training in luxurious surroundings, providing very high level theoretical training which is all well and good comes at a price.
Make Things Happen specialise in training for Junior and Middle Grade Managers and leaders, with value for money being top of our priority list.
Our training is delivered in your workplace, to keep the costs down, and a full days training can be as little as £25 per person, (minimum 10 participants). During the day, your employees will learn theories on motivation and leadership, they will receive some tools to improve their communication and understanding of their teams, and take part in some fun exercises to embed their learning, so they can use the tools and knowledge they gain from day one.
Training is delivered by an experienced and accomplished public sector manager and leader, with over 20 years experience
We can offer training at external venues, but our aim is to keep our costs down, to benefit you, our customer.
